lmdco @diamondgirl2162 hi there! I don’t have exact measurements of the waist, but I hope this information helps! Size chart when I bought it suggested a waist size of 28-30in and fits US size 8-10, so pretty standard medium measurements. Laying flat unstretched, it measures about 14.5in across on one side. Stretched out (it has a lot of stretch) it measures out to 20in across on one side. It also has draw strings, so it can be tightened quite a bit as well if needed.
