White, Ruffle Midi Dress

This chiffon, white midi dress features a double layer ruffle skirt with a pleated top. This is a sweet, delicate looking dress for any special occasion. I shortened the straps so the neckline wouldn’t be as low-cut. However, I included a picture to show that the original straps are still intact and would simply need the stitching undone (which I can provide) if you prefer longer straps and a lower neckline. But if you prefer the shorter straps, I can keep it as is. Just let me know!
