White Preppy Vest With Black Outline

This is hardly used white preppy vest with two black outlines. The vest was only used once and selling because it’s not my style anymore. The material isn’t thin/transparent and kinda thick. Can be worn with a graphic tee under to look casual or paired with a shirt for a preppy look. The size is a small but could also be a medium. The material is soft and not itchy.
