White Petticoat skirt, Tu-tu, tulle

This tulle is so cute, worn once under a vintage dress. Has a little blue staining, from dress that I was wearing, (second picture) but nothing drastic. Euc size is large. I keep it stored in it's original packaging, so it may have wrinkles, but still looks good when taken out.
