@mbz28 Hi! Across the bust measures 14" and measuring from the bottom of the sleeves is 19". It is stretchy! The lining is a polyester/rayon blend! Let me know if you have any other questions! 😊

@jayzoodub sorry to be a pain...! But armpit to armpit only is 14", making it 28" around...? Only cause my bust measures 40" :-(

@mbz28 oh you're fine! I measured across the front left to right... Bottom of the armpits from left to right is 19", making it 38" around and then the bust I kinda of measured the the center of the arm holes and that measures 14". Let me know if that helps! It's always difficult to explain measurements! 😊
