The dress is very pretty but the sleeve opening can definitely be tight. I have added in the measurement chart. Please refer to the chart before purchasing. This is considered a US size 12 and/or large referring to their chart. The torso of the dress was too long for me personally (looked like I was swimming in it) but the rest worked!
