Satin ribbon ties. Very puffy all around. Double the amount of tulle used in normal tutus. This tutu is not make of elastic but can be minorly adjusted. The satin tie allow for multi use. It can be worn traditionally with tulle going all the way around or worn with open bow exposure in the front. Whatever you desire.
