White & Neon Highlighter Yellowish Green mini skirt with sheer white pleated hi-low overlay. (I usually wore it over my bikinis as a beach cover up) 👉🏽 Measurements: waist is 14-19” unstretched to Stretched. Waistband itself is 2.5” thick. Mini skirt is 17” long with the overlay part being 19” in front, to 37” long in back. Well loved! 🥰 By Rumors (no size on tag anymore it faded.) ‼️Make sure you see the tiny hole in the side back of the overlay part in the pics! Not noticeable imo unless you’re inspecting it lol.**
