White Navy Striped Midi Mini Dress A-line Flare

✨White and navy v-neck dress with a zipper closure and waist tie. Comfortable and loose bell sleeve. This dress has a little bit of stretch which makes it very comfortable. I am not sure what brand it is because it has no tag. This dress is flattering and has an A-Line fit and flare style. It use to have a plunge neckline but has been altered to have v-neck line.
