White Mustard Seed Dress Ruffled Graduation Puff Sleeve Empire Waist Size Small

Women’s size small Mustard See brand white dress bought at Bohme store for my daughter’s graduation. Fabric is 80%rayon, 20% nylon. Lining is 100% rayon. Dress is fully lined except for the sleeves and the puckered back. Has two side pockets. Puff sleeves with ties, empire waist, smocked/ puckered back. Dress is all good, EXCEPT there are some small rips in the fabric of the ruffle in 3 separate areas along the bottom of the skirt as shown in photos. Otherwise the rest of the dress is not flawed. This is a chance to buy a grad dress at a low price.
