White Lace Peasant Blouse

NWT White cropped peasant blouse with lace detail. The solid part of the top hits about mid-ribs. Bottom half is lace with handkerchief style edge. Sleeve has elastic on the top half only (no underarm pinch!) and will great to wear on or off the shoulders. This blouse would be perfect for any fairy, cottagecore or pirate style. Shirt is new with tags and has never been worn. Home is smokefree and has a sweet cat.
