White House/Black Market dress.

This dress has a cream colored satin underlay, Cream and black lace overlay on top. Black satin bow in front with V neck. Black straps can either be worn as a traditional spaghetti strap dress (although the straps are really 3/4 inch wide. OR, the straps in the back can be unbuttoned and be worn around the neck to make a halter type look on the top. Buttons sewn in for this purpose. Never been worn. Brand new!! Tags attached. No spots, stains, or tears. Size zero. 29 inches - arm to hem.
