WHBM cocktail dress. red and black rose pattern on white background. fully lined. split hem and hidden zipper in back. detachable fabric belt with bow. size 2. There are a few spots, but they seem to blend in with the pattern. I can't tell if they're actually flaws (see photos). smoke-free and pet-free home.
