White House/Black Market Pencil Skirt

NWT reposhing because it’s not tight enough around my legs, i have a short waist, no butt and skinny legs so this would fit someone who has a 26”-29” waist depending on if you wear this above or below your belly button, I am very short waisted so this came above mine and hit at my knees please comment for any more questions or pictures
