White House black market silk dress, beautiful pattern on top and flattering fit

Beautiful White House black market dress with looser, draping silk top and fitted empire waste lower half. Size 6 Only worn once and dry cleaned after, although there are some small rust colored dots on the silk bodice area on the front and back (see last 3 photos). They aren’t noticeable because of the pattern (I didn’t notice them until I started taking close-up pictures) and I don’t think these stains would be visible or obvious when the dress is worn, but I wanted to make sure I was clear. Other than those stains, the dress is in good condition.
