This is a sheath dress that’s 41” long from shoulder to hem. It has fun designs. It feels very high quality and has two layers. It is a polyester spandex mix and feels stretchy if needed. It is sleeveless but has a beautiful high neckline. No signs of use or wear. It was likely not work at all. The protection wrap on the brass button is still on meaning it is likely new.
