This dress reminds me of something from the 50s with the neckline and style. It’s knee length with a kick pleat in the back. On the inside of the kick pleat is a little discoloration on the white part of the fabric. It’s pictured below. The dress zips in the back and then has two buttons at the top and a black belt.
