White House, Black market two pieces size small

This is a two piece tunic. The first piece is like a spaghetti strap V-neck. It is not see-through and it is very comfortable. The size around the top of the shirt will fit 40 inches and no more. The tunic on top is a very soft lace. It has 1 inch sleeves that go over your shoulder and then it is open on your arm and it attaches at the very bottom with a bell sleeve. It is open all across the bottom. it is extremely elegant looking to go to lunch dinner and evening affair. The top scarf portion can be removed and then you have a casual top. Very cool with spaghetti straps very pretty.
