White House Black Market super fun top

Fisher is from White House Black Market. It has a fun design and has a double open shoulder (hardtop explain but see pic). It's scrunchy on the bottom where it fits around the waist and silky soft material all over (100% polyester) and machine washable. Looks brand new, worn once.
