White House Black Market small green blouse

this is a very pretty olive green blouse that can be worn on or off the shoulders it's very elegant looking. it is 18 in from underarm to underarm about 18 in from underarm to the bottom of the sleeve and about 13 in from the underarm to the bottom of the blouse I've never worn it it was actually in a bag of things I wanted to have altered a little bit and I was very disappointed when I pulled it out and saw that the back has several runs and threads pulled. and there is at least one run on the bottom of the right sleeve it's really not noticeable unless you're up close. you might be able to smooth out the runs some. it's still a really pretty blouse and I don't see any on the front. I priced it to reflect the condition so please look carefully at the pictures
