White House Black Market skirt size 12

I purchased this White House Black market size 12 skirt off Poshmark put has never been worn by me so I decided to go ahead and sell it… I cannot find any tag inside for material or how it’s to be washed I’m assuming delicate and hang dry or it could be dry clean not sure. Flat waist measurements are 17”1/2, from top skirt to bottom is 20”…has a tiny bit of toole at bottome.
