This is a beautiful royal blue top that gathers up around neck and down each side for a super flattering look. There is a built in breast shelf as I call it. Around the back where it ties it is adjustable and has silver accents beads that hang. Measurements are: chest:18, length: from under arm 19, material: rayon/polyester/spandex.
