White House Black Market pleated skirt

This is a beautiful black and white print cotton skirt size 14. It’s a heavy weight cotton (98%cotton2%spandex), lined with 100% polyester and pockets and the hip. In great condition, no flaws noted worn only a couple of times. The length measures 24 inch the waist when laid flat is almost 18 inches.
