White House Black Market dress women's size 10

NWT White House Black Market dress in women's size 10 (see measurement in photos). Not cold shoulder but has slits down arms. Two minor flaws: 1. string holding the under lining dress on one side broke but can be repaired easily and it does not change anything about how the dress looks worn 2. coloring on dress on one arm looks like possible stains but I'm not entirely sure since there are color variations on purpose throughout the dress. I don't think they're actual stains but I wanted to disclose it anyway (please see photos). This dress is perfect for date night, girls night, or to be worn at a cocktail party. It can also be dressed down with sandals for a day event.
