White House Black Market classic mini dress

WHBM classic black dress. Will not go out of style. Very good condition. Only wore a few times but I no longer fit into it. I am 5’5” and I would say the dress comes about an inch or two above my knees. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is gathered in the middle where the actual belt is. Polyester/spandex blend so it will be formfitting - would recommend for size 4 ish.
