Beautiful velvety blouse. Pictures may look blue (used the flash to show the leopard print), but this top is black. Ruffled mandarin collar with buttons down the front. Boho style long sleeves. Light fabric and not too sheer (I was able to wear it without needing a layer underneath). Only worn twice. Like new. Nylon, polyester, and spandex blend. Machine wash, gentle.
