Flowy teal blouse from White House Black Market in size 8. 3/4 length sleeves. Material is doubled on both front and back, which gives the shirt a nice weight. The shirt is longer in the back than it is in the front. Works great with jeans or with a skirt/nice pants. Only worn a few times. Has always been in a nonsmoking environment.
