White House Black Market strapless dress, size medium. Black dress has a white paisley pattern with pink accents, and ruffles around the top and bottom. The chest area of the dress is lined (both front and back). There are belt loops, but the black belt is missing. Laying flat, measures 17" around the top, and has an overall length of 30". Very good pre-owned condition with no stains or tears. Comes from a smoke free home.
