White House Black Market Sheer M Blouse

Beautiful dressy top. Waistline is elastic. Sleeves blossom out on bottom. Can be worn as an open V neck or there is one clasp at neck. Top boat neck area is sheer. I wore a strapless bra and a black tank top. The tank top does show by an inch or 2. I would imagine if you wore just a bra that the bra would show :) very pretty. Love WHBM ;)
