WHBM black chiffon black and white paisley dress. Garment is fully lined, with a crossover style solid bodice, with stays on the side. Skirt is slso a wrap style look. The halter slips over the head and is covered with same fabric. Ruffles on halter, crossover and wrap skirt. Closes on side with zipper and hook and eye. Flat bust 15 inches, 30 inches from end of neckline to hem. Dry-clean only. Very gently worn. EUC.
