White House Black Market | Lace Sweetheart Style Strapless Dress White dress with black lace over with black satin ribbon around bust area. Bust area has 4 stiffer pieces(kinda like wire built in; 2 down the front of breasts for structure and 2 under the arms. Worn 2x, great holiday dress or for a special evening! A little dingy on the inside area, dry cleaner couldn’t get it out. There are places for straps but lost the straps.
