There is a hook and eye with zipper in the center back of the skirt and two angled front pockets in the front. Length is 20” and waist is almost 29”. Waistband with belt loops are present. 96% cotton and 4% spandex blend fabric. Sewn in horizontal pleats above the hem of the full skirt make it stand out more. Just not your average skirt!
