White House Black Market Dress - Worn Once

Size 12 WH/BM dress. Colors: pink, black, white. Zips at side. Can be worn strapless or with the included removable halter strap. Comes with a removable black ribbon that ties around the waist. Chest is not padded but there are a few vertical wires to help keep the shape. Fully lined.Outer fabric is 100% polyester and lining is 100% polyester. Only worn once.
