Size small White House Black Market dress that is white with gold accents. Stretchy mid line can be worn on or off the shoulders. Double lined so not see through. Good used condition. See photos for measurements. A couple of minor barely noticeable stains on the bottom of the front of the dress in last photo that a good stain remover or a dry cleaning can probably get out.
