White House Black Market Dress

WHBM black dress in GOOD condition. I have only worn this dress once. There is unnoticeable piling on the right bodice as pictured. There are stains on the INSIDE of the dress that are NOT noticeable from the outside. I wore this dress once while postpartum and lactating. Can anyone relate??? I am pretty sure the stains on the inside can be dry-cleaned out. The dress is well constructed. Adjustable straps. Doubly lined. There are breast pads built into the dress. Side zipper for easy entry. The zipper works perfectly. Size 0. Runs small.
