opapence @dees117 Hi!!! The hat does not come with the dress, so the dress is $95. I am willing to consider reasonable offers however this dress is very well made and it has never been worn. It has a built in slip with crinoline to help it keep its shape. It also has boning in the torso to help give you shape and keep itself held up so you can just enjoy yourself and not keep pulling up your dress.
