White House Black Market Black & Cream Lace Dress, Size 4, approx. 17 inches pit to pit, Flaw straps are attached to dress with a button/button hole, somome tried to adjust strap length by adding a new slit in the strap so they could be shortened. Unfortunately, those holes are not done right and are not even. I have listed this dress cheap because of this flaw. These slits in the strap are not very noticeable but I noticed as I was taking pictures. See pictures
