White House Black Market $270 velvet cocktail dress size 10

Bought this dress for a black tie event that I never went to. It's beyond classic and well made. The velvet top is corset so it holds you in place but not uncomfortable. There are new straps that have never been used in case you want to add straps to the dress. Unfortunately I went up a full size so my loss is your gain.
