White Halter Open Back Dress Size Medium NWT

Bought this dress from Impeccable Pig online and I just didn’t like it in person. Brand is “Mustard Seed”, dress is white, size medium. Measurements are included in the pictures. BRAND NEW WITH TAGS!!!! This dress has a cute halter tie neck with an open back. The material was just too thin for what I was looking for. The top is lined, but it's still a bit too sheer for my liking. I tried to take photos to show this! Perfect for brides, bachelorette parties, bridal events, etc! Unfortunately this item was final sale and so I am just trying to get my money back. Open to reasonable offers! All items come from a pet friendly home. I have a hypoallergenic Westie but she does shed so you may see a stray hair or two on your item.
