White H&M lace up dress

This is a brand new with tags white dress from H&M in size 10. It features a lace up front with white tassels as well as 3/4 bell sleeves. Would make a great swim cover up. The dress is sheer. I’m 5’6” and it hits a bit above my knee. From shoulder to hem is approximately 35 Inches. Never worn, no stains, in new condition.
