White Floral mini halter Dress Size Small

A-line, tie back halter mini dress with chiffon fabric, and a layer of 3D flower appliques tulle on the outside. Fully lined and adorable bridal or summer style. Size small though runs big. Worn once for my rehearsal dinner and received so many compliments.
