White Floral Romper

White floral romper purchased from shopHope’s. Gently used. It has a sort of v-shaped neckline but there are tassels that hang that can be tied together to make the neckline a bit less revealing. The arms stop at about half way and are nice and billowy. It also has an elastic waist so it is very stretchy. It is flirty and fun and I loved wearing it but I need to downsize and I just have so many white/floral pieces. Size small.
