White Fit & Flare Mini Dress with Colorful Birds Pattern

I LOVE this dress, but I have a weird torso shape and it fits me oddly around the waist. It is in good condition, as I wore it fewer than a handful of times. It does have a small/super slight discoloration on the chest and a bit of a pulled thread on the side, which you can see in the photos I posted.
