This is a custom dress I ordered for my birthday but the dress was not made to fit me correctly and I've never worn it. The fabric is good quality and I feel bad for wasting it. With a few alterations this should comfortably fit a XS/S. Or you can cross your fingers and it might fit off the rack. The problem areas on this dress for me are the shoulders, arms, and the hem. It's just not the perfect fit I expected.

tonicherrie @miasiahill it's a custom piece; it needed alterations; but because it was a rush job they were never done; I don't know the logistics. I'm very particular about how my pieces fit and I don't like the fit on me.
