White Edwardian Style Dress

This is a vintage replica of an antique Edwardian dress (as in it was made in the late 80s I believe but is mimicking a garden smock from an era now gone). The waist is approximately 17 inches flat but the sash is part of the design. P2P is approximate 19 inches. About 42 inches from top to bottom. It’s a gorgeous dress with lace detailing on the chest, the sash, and as trim for the short sleeves. The label is missing and there are a few small stains (look like rust maybe?); please see the last 2 pictures. Reminds me of Doen.
