White Dress with Gems - Betsy & Adam

Only worn once. Used for prom in 2016. I am very petite so the bottom of the dress did get a bit dirty as I was walking around. Would most likely come out if washed. There are minor stains in the 3rd picture but would most likely come out as well. Has been in storage for 6 years so could definitely use a wash. Open to reasonable offers.
