White Dress Shoes, girls size 3

Kate and Kelly girl shoes. Worn a handful of times. Fit true to size in her opinion. Some scuffs and some loose beading. Please see pictures. I didn’t notice any of the scuffs when she wore them but there are scuffs, and I haven’t tried rubbing them out.
