White Cotton Dress by INC (Macy’s brand) in size medium. Outer layer is made of primarily cotton. It is fully lined. It has a size zipper and a button closure in the back. You can see from the picture the detail of the flowers in the outer layer. It has shoulder straps. It measures 30” from neckline to bottom. Great summer dress. Only worn once.
