White Body Con Dress with Sheer Floral Overlay

Adorable summer friendly dress by Iris. A white vee neck mini body con dress is elevated with a gorgeous flowy sheer floral skirt overlay. The dress is stretchy and a size L, but it seems to run a bit small. Please check the measurements in the pics. There is a small scuff on the front of the dress and a pink stain on the inside of the v-neck (pictured). Both should easily come out with a little attention.
