This is a beautiful blue Floral dress with buttons in the front and cinched waist. Brand new with tags. It has adjustable straps and it has a liner. It was purchased from the Impressions boutique. Make an offer. From hem to bottom of dress it is 37 1/2 in long. That is from the first adjustment. It would be slightly longer if you need to adjust the straps.
